12/22/2011 8pm update

Bella has had a good day & we will take it & thank Heavenly Father for it! Only minor set-backs included a loss of an IV site & unplanned extubation during a position change. She tolerated the re-intubation well, took a few mins to regain her Sats & currently at 94% while cruisin on FiO2 of 50% on the ventilator. We are feeling a little less anxiety. There was mention of some green snotty looking aspirate from her OG tube after checking a residual from feeding. NEC was mentioned but they will just monitor for any other symptoms. Bella's HR & BP remain very stable & she is a little fighter! Oh & 1 other thing to mention is that she had another poo-poo! Yay!
