Family update!!

Isabelle weighed in at 7lbs 8.6oz today.  Pretty good considering she has had diarrhea so bad the last week.  She was 19 1/2 inches long.  She still has a pretty good sized pocket of fluid on her head, which is good because that means the shunt is working.  She is still have loose poos with some blood but it is getting better.  We have our home assessment tomorrow with all the therapists.  Another head ultrasound is scheduled for Wednesday as well as an appointment with the neurosurgeon.  Then another home health nurse visit on Thursday.  So, busy week with Miss Bella Grace!

IN OTHER NEWS!!!  Allison Brooke will be 11 years old tomorrow!  It can't have been that long ago that we had our first miracle.  Ally is such a great helper around the house and with Bella.  Quite the little "mama"!

Also, we will be blessing Isabelle at church on May 13.  I can't think of a more special way to spend Mother's Day. 

As always a big thank you to family and friends for continuing to follow and support us on this journey.  We are grateful for the continued prayers on our behalf.  We may not verbalize it as often as we should, so please know how much we appreciate everything that has been done for our family.
